USU PR- Universitas Sumatera Utara(USU) received a Comparative Study and Benchmarking related to Public Relations and Protocol with Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University(Untirta) in the Academic Senate Room on Friday (20/10/23).

The Head of USU's Office of Public Relations, Protocol, and Promotion, Amalia Meutia, M.Psi., welcomed the visit from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Amalia Meutia said that USU and Untirta would later collaborate in various forms of cooperation, exchanging ideas and work programs. Therefore, she hopes that this collaboration will continue.

“Adding insights to each other, what is lacking on the USU side, and what needs to be added from the Untirta side,” said Amalia.

On the same occasion, Untirta's Head of Public Relations, Veronika Dian Faradisa, said she had been looking forward to this collaboration for a long time. She said this meeting discussed cooperation in the industrial, international, and governmental worlds and shared insights about local wisdom.

"Of course, USU is a PTN BH that is progressive in its public relations, in its protocells too, as well as its cooperation, so we have targeted USU as our main destination since the beginning," said Veronika.

For information, USU brought home nine trophies at the 2022 Diktiristek Public Relations Award (AHD).
