Active students must be at least in the 4th semester.2
Not currently undergoing other MBKM programs.3
Ready to be placed in partner villages and follow the entire process.4

This process is carried out online through the MBKM system of Universitas Sumatera Utara, which is designed to facilitate students in accessing various information and services related to the MBKM program. Visit mbkm.usu.ac.id
Registration

Registration follows the semester schedule officially announced by the committee.The documents that need to be prepared are as follows:
- Student Identity
- Motivation Letter
- Program Approval Letter

Main Stage
Pre-KKN
- Socialization to the district/city government and villages.
- Identification of 5 village capitals: HR, natural resources, finance, physical, social.
- Reflection on RPJMDes/RKPDes.

Work Program Preparation
- Students prepare work programs based on village issues.
- Presentation and revision with village stakeholders.
- Ratified by DPL and the village head.

Implementation (± 2 months)
- Field activities according to the KKN Work Program.
- Monitoring and evaluation 1 and 2 by the USU team.

Reporting and Withdrawal
- Program report preparation.
- Submission of outputs and final evaluation.
