Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025

Registration Period: March 17, 2025
Registration Deadline: April 13, 2025
Administrative Selection, Psychological Test, and Interview: April 14 – May 14, 2025
Scholarship Recipient Announcement: End of May 2025

Active undergraduate (S1) students entering Semester 5 in June.
Experiencing financial difficulties, proven by official documents such as a Certificate of Financial Hardship, proof of parental income, Family Welfare Card, or home electricity bill (choose one).
Not currently receiving any other scholarships.
Must meet all eligibility requirements and pass the selection process.
Minimum GPA (IPK) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
Demonstrates good leadership and is active in student organizations or social activities.
Must be from one of the following universities and programs:
- Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)
- Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS)
- Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB University)
- University of North Sumatra (USU)
- Diponegoro University (UNDIP)
- Hasanuddin University (UNHAS)
- Pattimura University (UNPATTI)

Students applying for the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025 are required to:

Undergo administrative selection.
Participate in a psychological test and interview.
Follow the scholarship announcement process.
Accept the scholarship disbursement upon passing the selection.
Attend training, mentoring, and coaching sessions from Pelindo each semester.
Participate in the inauguration event, initial training, and mentoring program at the beginning of the scholarship period.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 throughout the scholarship period.
Agree to write a thesis/final project on topics related to:
- Logistics
- Port transportation
- Sustainability in port ecosystems
  (A signed statement of commitment is required).
Publicly share information about the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship on social media (A signed statement of commitment is required).

Tuition Assistance – Financial support for two academic years (Semesters 5, 6, 7, and 8).
Thesis/Final Project Grant – Financial aid to support research and thesis writing in the final year.
Personal Development Program – Access to training, mentoring, and coaching sessions conducted by Pelindo every semester.
Networking Opportunities – A chance to connect with fellow scholarship recipients and PT Pelindo professionals.

Copy of National ID Card (KTP).
Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga).
Certificate of Financial Hardship (choose one):
- Certificate of Financial Hardship

Recommendation letter from an academic advisor, lecturer/thesis supervisor, or faculty dean (choose one).
Latest academic transcript.
Certificate of active student status.
Copy of Student ID Card.
Motivation letter (attached).
Signed declaration letter stating that the applicant:
- Is not receiving any other scholarships.
- Commits to writing a thesis/final project on logistics, port transportation, or port ecosystem sustainability.
- Agrees to promote the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship on social media.
