Adaro Foundation Scholarship 2023

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI). 
• Active Regular Undergraduate students at least in the third semester (batch 2020, 2021 and 2022). 
• Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00. 
• Preferably for students who come from economically underprivileged (pre-prosperous) family backgrounds. 
• Not currently receiving scholarships from the Universitas Sumatera Utara or other institutions. (if proven, then there will be sanctions) 
• Active in organizations outside/inside the university. 
• Have academic and non-academic achievements.

Required Documents

1. Fill online registration form https://tinyurl.com/penawaranadaro2023.

2. Photocopy of Student ID Card

3. Photocopy of Family Card 

4. Photocopy of the latest Academic Results Card 

5. Photocopy of the electricity bills for the last 3 months

6. Latest statement letter of incapacity (SKTM) from Urban Village / Village signed by Urban Village Head / Village Head or latest statement letter of Parents' Income from Urban Village / Village signed by Urban Village Head / Village Head

7. Application form for Adaro Foundation Scholarship (attached). Please leave the official's signature blank, we will collectively request it.

8. Recommendation letter from the university (attached). Please leave the official's signature blank, we will collectively request it.

9. Certificate of membership of the involved on/off campus organization (if any)

10. Photocopy of championship award plaque/certificate (if any)

How to Submit?

The online form must be filled in and all required documents submitted to the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) at the Universitas Sumatera Utara Rectorate Building no later than Friday, July 7, 2023, at 15:00 WIB using BLUE MAP.
