Directorate of Legal and Organization

The Directorate of Law and Organization at Universitas Sumatera Utara is an Academic Support Unit that assists the rector in coordinating and formulating policies, conducting studies and advocating, and strengthening organizational governance within USU. According to Regulation Number 8 of 2022, issued by the Rector of USU regarding Academic Support, the Directorate of Law and Organization is a work unit that falls under the Academic Support Unit and reports to the Vice-Rector for Finance and Human Resources. The main tasks of the Directorate of Law and Organization cover developing work plans, implementing priority programs such as legal studies, conducting socialization related to legal and organizational matters, supervision, evaluation, and other related tasks.
