The Bureau of Finance is a working unit responsible for coordinating and preparing performance plans, programs, and budgets, evaluating organizational effectiveness, carrying out internal bureaucratic reforms, and providing financial administrative support. The Bureau of Finance is responsible to Vice Rector II. The bureau has a future goal to prioritize accountability and transparency in realizing the financial governance of Universitas Sumatera Utara towards a university capable of competing in the global world order.
