Selection is carried out in stages, starting from registration, campus verification, to official appointment, to ensure that selected students meet academic standards and partner needs.
Student Selection Stages
Online RegistrationForms submitted by students will be verified by the Head of Study Program and University Leadership to ensure compliance with curriculum and campus regulations.
Campus ApprovalForms submitted by students will be verified by the Head of Study Program and University Leadership to ensure compliance with curriculum and campus regulations.
Administrative SelectionStudent data that passes campus approval will be further checked by Belmawa and the home university. This process ensures completeness of documents and administrative requirements.
Partner SelectionStudents who meet administrative criteria will enter the selection stage by industry partners or institutions. In this phase, partners will assess the compatibility of student competencies with internship position requirements.
Offer & ConfirmationStudents who pass partner selection will receive official offers. Participants must provide confirmation of offer acceptance within a maximum of 24 hours after the announcement.
Official DeterminationThe list of accepted students will be officially determined by the Directorate of Belmawa, and the passing status will be announced through the program page.
