MEPRO USU Student Activity Unit
MEPRO USU is a student activity unit that has been established since 2008. This student activity unit serves as a platform for the development of management, organizing, and communication skills among USU students. As an organization actively involved in event organizing, MEPRO USU has repeatedly collaborated with various media partners, institutions, and event organizers. Most recently, in 2023, this student activity unit organized the Duta Pelajar Sumatera Utara 2023 event. MEPRO USU also offers its members valuable skills acquired through their involvement in the student activity unit, such as multitasking, problem sensitivity, time management, negotiation, and creativity. Therefore, MEPRO USU is the right choice for USU students who want to apply their creativity to event organization.

The Selection of the 2022 USU Student Ambassadors
The selection of the 2022 Universitas Sumatera Utara Student Ambassadors, held at the USU Auditorium on October 29 and attended by 1600 people, truly reflected the spirit of excellence and dedication among the students. This event was organized by MEPRO USU and supported by the USU Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Affairs and is held annually to find individuals who can reflect students of Universitas Sumatera Utara. Out of 382 applicants, a rigorous selection process resulted in 23 grand finalists representing various faculties. The event began with a traditional dance performance and was attended by several honored guests, including Putri Indonesia Sumatera, Sarah Pia Desideria Panjaitan, and Rangga Satria, Jaka Utama Kota Medan 2022. The event was filled with high enthusiasm. Fara Amelia Lubis from the Faculty of Law and Luis Halim from the Faculty of Social Science and Political Science were selected as the 2022 USU Student Ambassadors. They shared their vision for promoting environmental awareness and future collaboration among ambassadors, affirming their commitment to realizing USU's progress.
North Sumatera Conference on Youth Power
The North Sumatra Conference on Youth Power event was held with the goal of igniting change. With great pride, MEPRO USU organized this event, paving the way for an inspirational and collaborative journey as well as spurring transformation that inspires enthusiasm. MEPRO USU believes that the younger generation plays a central role in changing the context and making a positive contribution to society. The event took place on June 18, 2023, at the North Sumatra Governor's Office. Meaningful dialogues, in-depth discussions, and interactive sessions that stimulate creativity became a platform for the youth of North Sumatra to develop ideas and guide innovation towards fresh and efficient solutions.
MEPRO USU Gala Dinner
The MEPRO USU Gala Dinner was organized to strengthen bonds, cherish beautiful memories, and celebrate the irreplaceable camaraderie among MEPRO USU members. This event represented a spirit of kinship, and Dee Foxy Coffee bore witness to an evening filled with love and familiarity. It was the perfect opportunity to expand networks. Interacting with 120 talented individuals opened doors for future collaborations full of potential. The MEPRO USU Gala Dinner served as a token of appreciation for the MEPRO spirit that has connected its members.
