How to Get Transfer Students from Other State Universities to USU

Please service applicants to submit a request for the Printing of ID Cards for New/Employees with Lost/Damaged ID Cards to ULT Staff by providing the following requirements: An Introduction Letter from the Unit/Institution/Faculty or a form stating that the individual is indeed an Employee at USU.

  1. Service applicants come to submit a request for the Printing of New/Lost/Damaged Employee ID Cards, bringing the specified requirements.
  2. ULT staff will verify the service documents.
  3. ULT staff will forward the request to LPSE through E-Ticketing/directly.
  4. Admin/LPSE staff will print the ID Card and forward it to ULT.
  5. Service applicants receive the output (New ID Card).

Completion Period: 5 (five) working days.

Student

How to Print Proof of SPP?

  3. ULT staff will create the student's USU email as requested by the Service Applicant.
  4. Service applicants receive the output (USU Email) in the form of a link sent to the registered active email address.

Completion Period: 1 (one) working day.

How to Reset Student Portal Password

Please service applicants to submit a request for Portal Password Reset to ULT Staff, bringing the Original Student ID Card (KTM) as a requirement.

  1. Service applicants come to request a Portal Password Reset, bringing the specified requirements.
  2. ULT staff will verify the service documents.
  3. ULT staff will perform the portal USU password change as requested by the Service Applicant.
  4. Service applicants receive the output (New Password).
