Faculty of Engineering
Faculty of Engineering (FT) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has been one of the influential faculties since its establishment in 1959, being the 4th oldest faculty in USU. Proudly, FT USU offers 7 undergraduate programs, 6 master's programs, 5 doctoral programs, and 2 professional programs, all of which have obtained good accreditation. FT USU is renowned for its focus on the implementation of the latest technologies in various engineering sectors such as manufacturing, construction, maintenance, and project management. We offer a comprehensive education for students interested in contributing to infrastructure development, material development, production, and related technologies. Supported by the best teaching staff in their fields and international standard facilities, we are determined to train our students to become competent engineers who are ready to compete at both national and international levels.
