Establishing a master's program in property management and valuation that serves as a platform for interpersonal growth and the professionalization of personnel following the "BINTANG" and empowerment values—an educational ethos that embraces diversity while emphasizing scientific research, ethical considerations, conscience, and local wisdom—while fostering an educational ethos that emphasizes the identification of alternative solutions to tangible challenges.

Generating master's degree recipients in property management and valuation who assume the role of catalysts for progress as agents of modernization in the broader community; possess scientific acumen, pertinence, and robust competitiveness; and conduct themselves with ethical scholarship.
